What is the class schedule like?

The Beginner program is held 3 times a week for 4 weeks, on Mon, Tu, and Thurs at 5:30pm - with each class duration being 2 hours. (12 classes = 24 hours)

* In select months, we also offer an additional class option from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
